This book is my "gift" to my students, friends, family and to my community after a long journey through the land of "Self-Discovery". One of the reason, I travel, both inner and outer, is to open my eyes and heart to learn deep truths about myself, others, and the world we live in. In an outer journey, we bring home "souvenirs". With an inner journey, ofttimes we bring home a gift of service or a small gesture to make our world a better place.
My gift is this book. Not in the "real" sense of a free gift, but in the sense of sharing what I have learned so that others can benefit and pass on their knowing.
The book is like a giant weaving of all the artfully spiritual processes I do with myself and others. It is a way to bring the sacred dimension into everything we do. It is a way to develop sacred consciousness. It offers a way to delve deeply into art and psyche, to heal and transform our lives and perhaps, in a small way, our world.
